Summary

Momoko has a great time eating in the park while suddenly Ken call her for a important event happen occur. The girls learn back at the lab that Mayor Shichou has had half his body turn grey. He goes on to explain that the incident first occurred last night while having dinner with Ms. Bellum — it was to discuss business I’m sure. Later we learn that there have been other victims as well, all witnessing the same bright flash of light source. Without hesitation, the girls move out to investigate.

Momoko finally comes face-to-face with the cause of this mystery. Turns out it was a giant talking camera! Who would’ve thought. Each Powerpuff member then begins their henshin sequence, only this time it was individually.

After a few minutes of battle, the camera monster begins to tell its side of the story. Apparently it once belonged to the Mayor, who happened to discard it due to it being a black-and-white camera — because who would want to keep something like that right? The camera monster later gets pissed, becomes super-sized, and begins to cause massive destruction to the city. Momoko, AGAIN, comes up with another clever plan — she’s on a roll folks! Her plan is to have the camera fire its flash toward the lab where Ken will unveil a giant satellite dish, where it will reflect the light back at the camera monster. The plan works, the Mayor decides to keep the camera afterall, and the girls get their picture taken — in black-and-white.
